Coffee

In Singapore, the most common types of coffee we drink are the espresso, cappuccino and latte.
However, with growing affluence, we are now exposed to variations from other parts of the world and are presented with a wider choice to choose from. So herein is a summary of the types of coffee which have already been or soon will be added to the coffee menu, and also the characteristics of each type so as to assist you in making a more informed choice on your next coffee order!

Espresso short black
30ml coffee (1 shot) served in small cup

Long black
Half a cup of hot water in a regular cup followed by 30ml of coffee

Macchiato
Espresso (3oml of coffee) with foam
Piccolo Latte
Espresso with milk and foam served in a small glass (similar to cafe latte, but with less milk)


Vienna coffee
Long black with whipped cream and chocolate on top

Cappuccino
1/3 coffee (30ml), 1/3 milk and 1/3 froth with chocolate on top. Served in a regular cup.

Cafe latte
1/3 coffee (30ml), 2/3 milk and a little froth. Served in a glass.
Cafe Mocha
30ml coffee with hot chocolate (chocolate powder and milk) served in a tall handled glass
